this hôtel is a new nice hôtel, but very noisy, and a bit dirty as the didn't change the sheet and d
Réception staff was very nice and shilling, quick check in process. Hotel is in the city center, a lot of restaurant and supermarket in a walking distance. The pillows was amazing.
The room was so noisy: dogs barking, other guest room pulling their wooden chair so i can hear chair scratch the floor all night long during two nights, in the morning i can hear them on their way to dress up because i can hear the cloth hanger was pullud etc this is not good. after the check in, when i get in to the room, i realised that House keeping staffs has not change the sheet ( i found a long hair on my bed, and there were lipstick stain on duvet cover), staff get into my room without knocking the door and i was sitting on the toilet doing my business, and i have to ask the staff to clean your room on the 2nd day, otherwise they did not do it. and even the second day they did not change the sheet and duvet sheet. The différent between save the planet and disgusting is really tin in this hôtel.

What was the highlight of Ivory Hotel Bandung
We would still go back to stay at the hotel whenever we visit Bandung again.
The hotel was conveniently located. Close to the Yogya department store where we could find food and other necessities. The hotel manager and staff they all were friendly and accommodating. We extended our stay for another week, and got to keep the upgraded superior room at a discounted nightly rate.
Suggest the hotel to improve the taste of the cooked breakfast, and the selected menu for the day. We stayed at this hotel in 2022, and were of the opinion the breakfast was not as tasty.

Good location and cleanliness but bad restaurant pricing.

The resturant: the prices shown in the menu were less than the actual charge; it happened to us twice where they show a promotion price in the menu and when we went to pay the charge was higher and when we asked them why they said the menu is not not the same, they told us that they did not update the prices. This happened to us twice and they used the same excuse. This is very unprofessional and we were heavily disappointed at their poor price management. They should not give the outdated menu to the customers. Breakfast menu is very limited and items tend to run out quickly and are not renewed. The restaurant should change their breakfast menu to include more chicken items, variety of eggs, etc. Our rooms were not interconnected, unlike what the website stated. The hotel should change it.
